Echo Form opened in 2019 in a light-filled space two blocks from the Venice Beach boardwalk. Founders Camille Torres and Jade Nakamura wanted to create something that didn't exist in LA — a movement studio where discipline and softness coexist.
No mirrors on every wall. No performance pressure. Just honest movement, thoughtful instruction, and a community that shows up for each other. Five years in, our students keep coming back not just for the classes — but for how they feel when they leave.

A former professional dancer with the LA Ballet, Camille brings 12 years of movement expertise to every class. Her teaching style is precise, encouraging, and deeply attuned to each student's body.
Hot Yoga & Vinyasa Guide
Jade trained in Mysore, India before settling in Venice Beach eight years ago. Her classes blend traditional Ashtanga sequencing with a meditative, breath-first approach that leaves you grounded and open.
Mat Pilates & Meditation Teacher
A somatic movement educator, Solène specializes in mind-body integration. Her mat classes are known for uncovering tension patterns that clients didn't even know they were holding — quietly transformative.
